SHIPPING /
- At the moment we only ship within Chile, soon we hope to ship to more countries.
- After placing your order, we have up to 5 business days for packaging and subsequent shipping. As soon as your shipment is made, it may take up to 7 business days to arrive, unless there are complications.
- You can track your order with a tracking code that will arrive in your email.
- Shipments are made once a week, on Tuesdays
- For correct shipping, please verify that your address is written correctly. Unfortunately, if there is an error and you are unable to notify us, we cannot take responsibility for the loss of your package.
- If your order is for a gift and you want it to have a special dedication, you can write it when you place the order, in the “order notes” option.
- We accept returns within the first 10 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS /
- I bought an original drawing and would like to frame it. Do you sell framed drawings?
At the moment we do not sell framed drawings, but I can gladly recommend my favorite frame store: Amazonas Enmarcaciones.
- I would like to place an order. Do you make drawings to order?
Catalina Bu: I normally work for publishers, brands or companies, but depending on what you need, I can do commissions. Write me an email and we'll see if it's possible > catalinabu@gmail.com
- My order is for an important gift and I need it soon. When will it arrive?
For shipments with exact dates, I recommend taking into account the times for each region:
Santiago (Chile): 5 to 10 business days
Chile (Regions): 7 to 15 business days
